Originally from Jamestown, Ohio, Andrew received his BFA with a concentration in painting from Wright State University in 2005. He is currently pursuing an MFA in studio painting at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Andrew has participated in numerous regional and national exhibitions. In 2008 his painting “Pinsel” was selected for a purchase award at the 54^th Mid-States Exhibition hosted by the Evansville Museum of Art, History and Science. “Pinsel” became a part of their permanent collection. Andrew traveled to Italy during the summer of 2005 to study painting. He received the YECK College Artist fellowship from the Dayton Art Institute in 2004.
